TIME OF PAYMENT: Any compensation owed hereunder shall be paid to Referring Firm within _______days of Receiving

ASSIGNMENT: This Referral Agreement may not be assigned without the written consent of the Referring Firm, but if
assigned by agreement, then this Referral Agreement shall be binding on the assignee and assignee’s heirs and successors.
Any change in the individual agent shall also require written consent of the Referring Firm.
EACH FIRM REPRESENTS THAT IT HAS AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE AS OF THE DATE OF THIS
AGREEMENT.
